 What is included in the program? 

  • Unlimited Group training sessions.
  • Personal 40 minute Nutrition Consultation at Health Management.
  • Pre and Post InBody Scans or Measurements to track progress.
  • Before and after photos.
  • Weekend activities (Optional)
  • Step count targets.
  • Goal setting.
  • Online support & encouragement.
  • Nutrition advice & weekly recipes
  • Wellness Challenge Ebook

 Your body composition will be scanned at the start and end of the 8 Week Challenge, by Mandy Cripps at Studio 901 using an In Body machine. 

  • First Scan – At person nutrition consultation @ Health Management.
  • Last Scan – Friday 26th July – 5:30 pm @ Health Management.




 Add on a Nutrition Review for extra accountability during the challenge.

 20-minute personal consult with Mandy Cripps from Health Management Dietitians.
