Fun, supportive and motivation Group Training, Nutrition talk, Accountability, Weekend activities, to meet new people and whats best of all to feel good about yourself!
What is included in the program?
- Pre and Post Inbody Scans to track your results.
- Nutrition talk with Mandy Cripps from Health Management. (Monday 4nd June at 7pm)
- Nutrition advise and Recipes.
- Unlimited Group training sessions per week.
- Facebook Forum for group support.
- Weekend fitness activities.
- End of Program Beach Yoga and Acai.
- A new healthy lifestyle!

BEFORE & AFTER MEASUREMENTS
Your body composition will be scanned at the start and end of the 8 week program, by Mandy Cripps at Studio 901 using an in body machine.
- First Measurements – Monday 4nd June at 7pm
- Last Measurements – Friday 27th July at 7pm
