Book a personal session to have a work out made to suit your needs and goals.

All attention will be taken to ensure correct technique is being used and that you are getting as much as you can out of your training.

Personal Sessions go for 1 hour and cost $40.

Bring a friend to your Personal Session and cut the price. ($25 each)

Group Training sessions

Train with a group of people in a fun, social and motivating environment with safe and effective workouts. Meet new people while getting fit and healthy!

Each Group session goes for 1 hour and costs $20.

8 Week Challenge

DREAM TO BE FIT, HEALTHY AND CONFIDENT?

Studio 901 is looking for people who want to make a major change in their Health and Fitness to take part in our 8 Week Fitness Challenge. It might be that your unhappy with your weight, feel unhealthy, have health problems or don’t know where to start.

This 8 Week Challenge offers for $350 ($43.75 a week)

  • 3 sessions a week (Choose session times that suit you)
  • Nutrition Log and Advice
  • Weekly measurements and weigh in
  • Fitness journey support
  • No lock in contracts.

This challenge is for any age or fitness level. Studio 901 has a non intimidating and friendly environment.This challenge will assist you with committing to change, it will transform and educate you.

6 Week Challenge

This 6 Week Challenge is a quick kick start into your fitness journey!

Whether you want to improve nutrition and well being, slim down, tone up or just be more active and energised. This program will assist you with committing to change, it will transform and educate you.

For $250 this Program offers:

  • 3 training sessions a week (Choose session times that suit you)
  • Nutrition Log and Advice.
  • Weekly Measurements and weigh ins
  • Fitness journey support!
  • No lock in contracts.

 

7 Week Challenge

The 7 Week Challenge is a maintenance program, a program that you can take after a 8 or 6 week Challenge if you don’t have time to do 3 sessions a week.

For $250 this program offers:

  • 2 training sessions a week (Choose session times that suit you)
  • Nutrition Log and Advice
  • Weekly Measurements and weigh ins
  • Fitness journey support!
  • No lock in contracts.
